IPAQ NOT TALKING TO HOLUX GPS

I HAVE AN IPAQ HX2110 AND A HOLUXGR-230XX AND I CAN'T GET THEM TO WORK TOGETHER. I GO THROUGH THE BLUETOOTH SETTINGS MANAGER AND THE PDA FINDS THE GPS BUT THE ICON HAS A QUESTION MARK OVER IT.NEVERTHELESS IT SEEMS TO PAIR OK BUT WHEN I USE THE GPS VIEWER WHICH CAME WITH IT,IT CAN,T FIND A COM PORT.ANY SUGGESTIONS WOULD BE GRATEFULLY RECEIVED.

touch the screen and hold it on the gps icomn then select connect

i have already done as you have suggested and the connected icon on the connections page shows ok but no gps information gets through.
