Iv'e downloaded the new MP3 player from Maintech but the music plays at a fast speed. Sounds like a 45 playing at 78 for those who know what I mean. What have I done wrong.
Everything else is OK.
Help please.

I've been using it on my TTG500. It works for me, so maybe you've managed to find an MP3 (or ripping method) which it can't cope with.
You could try encoding at a different bit rate.

Can you use this software at the same time as having the regular GPS functions i.e. can you play MP3 files while navigating or is it one or the other i.e. your TT becomes a MP3 player, but no longer navigates. So do you need two SD cards or can you just load everything onto a single (big) card and switch between functions from a menu screen?
It's not clear to me from their web site.

It would be better to use 2 separate SD cards as they cannot be used at the same time |

I think its a great little program.
Mp3 player works fine for me using 128kbs MP3s.
Instalation instructions on website not 100% clear but all you need to do if using a new card is copy the 2 files that you downloaded onto the blank SD card.
MP3 Files go in the Media folder. |
