Hi
I have decide that I will run checkpoint for my POI warnings but would still like to get the POI icon to pop up in TT5 based on its warning indicator but I don't want TT5 to give me any sound warning. Are there any preset file out there that have silent warnings on them if not could you tell me where I can go to make my own.
If this has already been covered I'm sorry I couldn't see it.
Thanks |

Try www.tomtomsatnav.info here you can use POIExtend to make your own data.chk file and set one of them to silent, record a silent short .wav file on the PC then convert it to .OGG file type, there is something about a free audio converter on Ray's site I think - Mike |

I have such a file, if you select the "Cow" warning you just get a silent warning. Just right for using with Checkpoint.
I'm currently using TT5.210 and it works great, just copied it to my Navigator folder on my SD card.
If I am not in breach of any of the rules of this forum I could email it to you gladly.
