Software for a bike riding.

Hi all,

I am new to this GPS thing. I have a MDA vario with TomTom and a bluetooth GSP. This works fine (after a bit of messing).

However as the prospect of warmer times sets in I will be getting my bike (pedal not motor) out again. Does anyone know of any good software that is more suitable to a bike ride rather than a car ride. I'm looking at recording/downloading average speeds, hights ets with mapping very much secondary - it at all available.

Any thoughts/suggestions gratefully received.

Have a look at Mapopolis - I use it for bike rides all the time. It has a breadcrumbs function that will tell you when you have been where, at what speed you were pedaling against the wind and uphill, and it may also have the altitude (not sure there though)
