New user - please help!!!

hi, couple of questions, im sure its covered elsewherw but im a little confused.
i know i need a bigger memory card in order to store more poi's etc. what is the maximum size i can get that will work in this unit(icn 520)?
also i heard or read somewhere that the navman 520 can be used as a pda? where would i get started learning how to use that side of it?
any help would be well appreciated.
