You can get the upgrade to version 5 of the software from TomTom.

BTW. Coming onto a discussion forum and then asking people to email you answers is considered quite rude.

You will need to upgrade the maps to get the postcode zip file, but you will also have to upgrade to version 5.xx for them to be of any use.
