|
|
This is my first post. I have only been lurking around until now. I have recently purchased tomtom USA for my ppc and am very pleased so far.
I am using POIConvertor to convert some POI's from Microsoft Streets and Trips to a ov2 file. I seem to lose the Phone Numbers when I do this. I know they are there because when I save to an excel file I can find my information. Is there something I'm missing?
I looked at other threads but can't seem to find anything. Sorry if I've overlooked it.
I have also thought about bringing this information over as contact info, but this seems like overkill. Any help would be greatly appreciated. |

Hi ekincaid,
to the forum!
Have a look at this thread, which discusses how to add telephone numbers to a POI.
You need a "Greater-Than" character, i.e. ">":
1.00000,52.00000,The Red Lion Inn>44-1625-123456

Thanks. Some of the info comes over correctly from S&T when the ov2 is created using POIconvertor. Must be something to do with the way the data resides in S&T. |
