Ive just purchased an Icn510 and on trying to load the camera positions only the first 50 have loaded. Is this because the 128 mb card is not big enough or have I done something wrong?

No, I think you will find that all are present.

If you are looking at Go To then POI, you only get the first few listed, but they should all be there. Try opening a Map view, the speedcams should be evident, depending upon your setting for visibility level.
