Speed zones on tom tom one

Just opened the GB map file on my Tom Tom one , and found a Nokia Multmedia Player File is this standard or did it arrive when I downloaded Decembers data. Also is it possible to download all the speed camera zones, and a voice promps on the standard tom tom one card,

That file (does it have a .mid extension?) may just be associated with Nokia on your PC. It is required by Navigator, though.

it's your Map ID file. Without it your map will not be recognized.
