What's the difference between the speed camera poi database on this website and the Tom Tom plus speed camera subscription service?

Doesn't the TomTom version show the speed limit of the cameras and the database on this site just shows a single speed camera icon?

The Gatso, Mobile and Spec camera files from this site are all Speed Zoned, so that you have imdications of cameras from 20 to 70 mph.
