|
|
Hi I have a Micromaxx MM 95563 running Windows Pocket/Mobile 2003 and want to upgrade Medion Navigator 5 to version 5.1 to use PIO Warner , have tried all three download files on the Navigon website but upgrade fails everytime I follow the PDF instructions with each file.
Need help before I get caught speeding!
Regards

The Medion Navigator software is supplied by Navigon to Medion. But you cannot use the update(s) from Navigon as far as i know.
Medion don't normally supply updates to their software either. |

Erm sounds a little odd that they supply it but you can't upgrade it. 8O I did notice that Warner refer to two variations of Navigator 5, there's Medion and also TCM Navigator 5 not sure what TCM is, but mines definately Medion version 5, and any idea what the difference with Medion Navigator 5 labelled and just Navigon Navigator 5
Any idea's on what else I can use to use POI if Warner only supports 5.1+
I have tried searching Google but alot is in German and difficult to understand even with the Google text translate webpage.
Thanks for your reply
Regards

Dont know if this helps much , but the gps software that comes as Mio Map v2 with the MIO 168 looks identical to Navigon Navigator 5, and this works ok with POI Warner.
cheers
