Rubber Strap - Silly Question?

With many iPAQ accessories I have bought I have been supplied with a rubber strap about 8cm long with two round ends, each with a hole in it. Alternatively it looks like two 8mm rubber washers joined by a thin 6cm strap.

What is it meant for?

Hi MrT,

It’s for keeping the loose iPAQ charging adaptor with the power lead of the iPAQ charger unit.
