Tomtom go 300 7 digit postcodes

Hi

Sorry if this has been covered before but some of our company go 300's do not have 7 digit postcodes running the latest 5.420 update, is there anyway we can get this or is there something wrong with it?, I remeber having the same problem with my TT Navigator because the postcode file was in the wrong place.

You should have a Zip Folder in the Root of the SD Card.

In the Zip Folder there should be a File, Great_Britain.Postal.

If you have both of these, then make sure you are using Navigate to ... ,Postcode.
