All Sorted.....

Thinking it might be a windowz problem, I made sure I had all the latest updates.....and it wouldnt register my version of windows (Which is legit!)...The MS help page said to try "Start > Run > MSsomething.dll"....hey Prestso, it registered my windows, I went to PoiEdit, and all is up and running....
