|
|
Hi,
I use a compaq ipaq 3870 as my TomTom navigator. I have dropped the compaq and the screen is cracked and the LCD is still working. I need to change the cracked screen. I checked on teh web and on eof teh repair shop is quoting over £100 to repair. I wonder whether there are any places to get a faulty Ipaq and get the screen from it. Or perhaps any of the members has a spare non functional with a good screen iPaq available. I am willing to pay money. I live in North London.
Please help. My driving without my iPaq is making life harder. |

How about this one? £68 to repair, or about £50 if you do it yourself. _________________ Tim |

Thanks for this link. It is the one I am looking for, however the price is bit too much, I bought my iPaq for £100 on eBay. If I cannot find another place I will perhaps go with this place. Many thanks |

I have a 3870 which no longer works due to a power/battery problem, but the screen is fine. Make me an offer. I am in Milton Keynes, so remember you will also need to allow for shipping costs unless you want to collect it. _________________ Kam |
