Have a new Tom Tom ONE and am very happy with it. Problem is , when navigating a route and approaching a complex junction the small display is hard to follow. I have found that it makes life easier when you zoom out a bit and therefore you can see your route through the whole junction. Trouble is , Tom Tom automatically zooms you back in after a couple of seconds. I cant find a setting in the menu to permenantly change it to a more birds eye view.... any ideas ?? |

No you cant zoom out and lock.
The nearest solution is to use the "2D" Map View which is a lot easier for when it comes to Roundabouts and Complex juctions as it shows a greater area.
You can edit your menu structure and place the sWITCH 2D/3D option on the first screen if you like meanign you can switch between them in just two taps. |

Thanks for the reply. It`s a shame it cant do it . May be it will come on one of the software upgrades. I`ll do what you suggest about the menu structure as London has many complex junctions !!!! |
