How do you use more than one "Travel Via's" in a route plan?

Use itenaries to set as many waypoints as you want. You will then be routed to them in the order you put them in (TT won't work out the best order for you)

I was trying to use the "Cursor Function" to select two different roads on a route using "Travel Via". The first point chosen is labled with a "1". When I select a second point the first point selected is removed and the second point selected. I want to have both roads selected on the route. How do I do that.

You can't do it using "Travel via".

Instead go into "Itineray planning" and "add" waypoints - can be done by address, map, postcode etc. Once you have added all you want to hit the Options tab (bottom right). From there you can save them for later use or if you want hit "start navigation" and you will be guided to the first.

It's worth mentioning that you can't plan an itinerary with TT5 unless you are connected to a GPS receiver and the itinerary starts from the GPS position (You could do this in TT3)
BUT, from version 5.1 onwards there is a workaround which enables you to fool TT5 into believing that it has a GPS fix. It is described in Lutz Bendlin's bug list in the stickies at the beginning of this forum. It works well, and when you are used to it you can plan an itinerary offline almost as quickly as with TT3
