Garmin POI Loader not working

Hi, anyone help with my problem?

Just bought a Garmin StreetPilot i3, and downloaded the POILoader_2 setup program from Garmin's website as detailed in Garmin POI Loader Install.pdf document fromPocketGPSWorld.com. I've also downloaded the safety camera database file in readiness to install to the sat nav unit.

When I plug the Garmin sat nav into my pc using the usb cableit is switching on, but the POI Loader program isn't running. It doesn't doanything when I try to run it manually either.
Any ideas anyone?
