|
|
Hi all, wondering if anyone out there can help me?
I am already running tomtom navigator 5 on a ipaq 4700 with no problems, then at xmas my wife bought me a I-MATE K-JAM phone that is running windows mobile 5 as the operating system but the navigator 5 wont load on to it. I have been on to the Tom Tom website and the navigator 5 is supposed to be compatible with it. I have updated the navigator 5 to 5.201 (the latest, I think) and it still wont load. Am I doing something wrong or is it a faulty unit |

Yes I have tried with that. I have also tried copying files from the sd card (on the ipaq 4700) to the mini sd card for the k-jam with no luck, still wont load. When I place in the mini sd card, it goes through the loading process but there is no programe icon on the screen or the start menu. I am begining to wonder if the K-Jam is a bad one! |

Thanks for the help mikealder Well Ive been at it most of the day, read the post and made sure that Im using tomtom version 5.21 and still cannot get it to load on the K-Jam. With the K-Jam switched on, I then insert the mini sd card with tomtom on board, it then goes through setup procedure, returns to the today screen with no sign of the tomtom programe. I have searched all folders with no sign of it apart from on the sd card. I have also found that I cannot load any other programs on to it.
Is this a faulty unit? |
