The grey circles show that it has found those sattelites but not yet locked on, when it does they will show in blue, just wait a while and all should be ok. _________________ Not that technical

thanks for this,
but do you know how long this process takes?
i have left the handheld in the same place and the strength bars have gone to the highest point on the scale but not turned blue its a painstakingly long process if so as i have left it in the same position for approximatley 40 minutes to no avail.
if i try the navigation software it works correctly and all in order with no problems |

Where have you got the unit situated, it needs to be outside or at the very least in the car, if its in the house then it could take all night, it needs a clean line of sight to the sky to work efficiantly - Mike |
