MDPNA175 or MDPNA100?

Hi, my first post.

I've been given a Medion MDPNA175 for christmas. I haven't opened the box yet, and before I do, I'd appreciate some advice. I've checked the Medion website and looked on several forums on PocketGPS and can't find an answer.

My question is, that on the box it states "Including maps for UK and Ireland", can I upgrade/add European Street Level Maps to this unit? Or should I see if H*****d's will swap it for the MDPNA 100, which comes with European Street Level maps?
