Tom Tom 500 and p910i compatability

Hi , First of all i'm new to gps! I have bought a tom tom 500 and just spent the most frustrating day on the phone to vodafone and tom tom. I cannot get my wireless internet link working . I have checked the settings , , i am a vodafone live contract customer. I have checked them with tom tom , tried setting up automatically and manually , tried the extra bits of info about s/e handsets on the tom tom cd and cannot get it working , can any one help , tom tom are now baffled . I am also struggling to get blue tooth to work in the car , i can ring up manually and the call is transferred to the tom tom but when i use voice dialling the icon appears on the tom tom screen of a receiver but the conversation is still held through the phone . Please someone help , tom tom helpline is hopeless , surely i cant be the first person ever to have a tom tom 500 and a p910i???
