CP 6 IS SLOW ON A VGA SCREEN

I was always frustrated with CP 5's very slow scrolling, which was even worse on the VGA screen of my Dell Axim X50v. This exacerbated the problem caused by the lack of any quick and handy route reviewing features (see other threads). Also, the direction indicator in Walking mode was always jerky and rarely followed the correct direction.

CP 6 has the very same problems.

I never posted regarding this before, because I was unsure whether this was a hardware problem. After all, my X50's VGA screen is much slower than on my "inferior" X30. However, I have now used TomTom for some weeks and its scrolling is fast and smooth, and so is the walking direction indicator, on the VGA computer.

Although I have to say that I notified ALK of this many months ago, I'll raise it as a question rather than a grumble:

Does anyone know of any means of getting Copilot to perform properly in the respects discussed above, please?
