How to install POI on TomTom5 Please Help

Hi
Can anyone please tell me the easist way to add POI for London theatres to my PDA running TomTom5.
Also can anyone tell me where I can download the POI theatre files if needed.
I have the POI on my TomTom5 but I can only access about 6 theatres on there and there must be more.

The one on this website has 67, most of which appear to be in London. Just click on "Points of Interest" to the left of this box
