Navigator 6500XL Accessories

There was some posting on this forum about the 6500XL (available last year from Lidl) so i'm hopeful that some of those taking part are still out there. I have one of these and am looking to add wifi capability through an SD card but don't know whether the PDA will work with them. It seems to depend on whether the slot is SDIO capable & if so its version number. Has anyone sucessfully explored this subject ? Also i'm after a fold-up keybpoard, preferrably with a direct connection (to save battery power - and that reminds me - can one get spare batteries for the 6500XL ?).
