tomtom 5 navigator poi's

Hi there

I am new to the world of sat nav, and have recently come across a problem, i added speed cameras to my sd card but had a problem so i thought i would delete and start again.
It worked fine but the problem was that i had lost all the original poi's that came on the SD card (only support and manual on cd) which had everything i needed thus no need for a cd.so i have no back up of this .
I am using a xda 2i with bluetooth reciever and updated to latest tomtom 5 .
