New and confused

Hi guys stumbled accross this site by accident and am i glad i did ,ive spent many hours reading what everyone has to say and im more confused that i was before i started .
Im after a system for my car with uk maps only which is able to use the speed camera detection software on this site with a price range of about £400 also i was wondering if anyone had heard of the astro t pl-532 and if so what their views of it are

after looking at that site i think ill go for the tomtom go 500 or do you lot know better if you do come on tell me before i waste my good earned cash Smile

the 500 is good but the 700 has euuropean maps as standard to improtant if you want to go abroad later in the year it will save you buying either euromaps or country maps

well i went out today with the wife and she bought me the tomtom go 500 the wife knows nothing about gps but she does know christmas isnt until the 25th dec so 2 problems how do i get it before then and more seriously do i download tomtoms own speed camera downloads or the ones on this site

right now i have the tomtom 500 what do i need to install on it whats good to put on apart from the speed cameras any advice is warmly accepted
