Acer n35 connection

I don't know if this is the correct forum so I apologise in advance if it isn't.

I have a problem with the connection to the Acer n35 Pda which allows the user to charge the battery and also upload and edit POIs through the Destinator Console. The plug does not seem to make a good connection and I have to hold it at an angle in order for the green light to come on this is the only way I can get it to work. It worked OK until three days ago.

The unit was purchased in Sept 2005 and I was wondering if anyone else with the Acer n35 had similar problems and if there had been any discussions in the forums elsewhere about it.

I did look but could not find any.
