Can I connect portable usb hard drive to my mio 168

I'm a press photographer and have 2 small battery operated hard drives, these have a laptop hard drive inside and come with card reader slots for most of the current memory cards on offer, the idea is that you can back up the memory card onto the hard drive. These can be connected via a usb socket to any computer and if you want can act just like an external hard drive. I never use them as everything is transfered onto my laptop and then sent via wi fi to the various picture desks.
What I would like to know is, is it possible to connect them to my Mio 168 via the usb lead and listen to music or video stored on it?

No, for that you need a Pocket PC with USB Host interface, like a Toshiba, or Asus 730. This will only work when connected to mains power though - the USB host interface is supposed to deliver at least 500 mA, and the Pocket PC battery just can't deliver that.
