tomtom one - no voices

Hello everyone,

I have been reading this forum for a while and today took the leap and bought a TT One. Sadly if appears to be a duff unit. When turned on for the first time I got a brief burst of music, but after that I haven't managed to get a peep out of it. The Nav functions appear to work ok.

I have sound at 100%, it is not disabled. The test voice for Jane and Time doesn't do anything. Anything else I could try before it goes back to the shop?

Assuming that the One is like the Go range, there will be a hidden reset hole somewhere. Push the button inside with an unbent paperclip and it should re-boot.
Might not help, but worth a try.
