traffic cams and 5.420

Can I add the traffic cam info ( from database here) now that I have installed 5.420 onto my ttgo700. Also I would like to have all cams as just one POI and assign just one style of voice alert to announce them ( dont really need to know "gatso30 /gatso 70/mobile etc), but want to keep the normal alerts ( bings and bongs and cows and so-on) for alert of other POIs. If this is do-able please point me in the right direction for instructions of how to....
