Please Help

Hi.
My cousin got me a Medion MD PPC 150 (MD95000) from germany.
Its a pocket PC with GPS. It doesnt have a phone. It has Windows mobile version 4.20.0 Build 14053, German Edition..
If someone is familiar with those products, can he pls provide me informations about How to flash it to English?
I have an O2 XDAIIi and an I-mate 2020. I know how to flash them using the Radio.nbf,NK.nbf, ms.nbf and the MaUpgradeUt_noID.
Is the procedure the same on this Medion( without the Radio.nbf) and Can I use the WM2003SE of an I-mate Himalaya to flash the Medion? What about the Extended Rom?
This Medion device has its cradle.
