I have purchased the above item and have not yet received delivery of the item can anyone tell me if I will be able to download speed camera database. Many thanks in advance.

Yes you can use the speed camera database,but, you will need poi warner on your ppc250 as well. This has been covered in great detail before on this site, try doing a search and I'm sure you will find all the info you require.
