sorry if this has been asked be for but i have a medion sat nav and ive been on there site and i dont know were to down load any uptodate maps  
can some please help me in geting one as i live in nottingham and all the roads have changed here and prob all over the uk to.

No. There may be free update for program (software), but there is never any free update for maps.
Perhaps you should have bought a more up-to-date software/maps in the first place.
