help Connecting TTG 500 to pc

Could anyone help me i am trying to connect my new ttg 500 to my pc. my os is xp i have the drivers disk and when i connect the usb cable to the ttg500 and into my pc it will say please wait then it will show a screen on my ttg500 showing the usb in the back of the ttg500 i then click on install usb drivers to windows 98 from the disk and nothing happens is there a usb drivers for xp if so whwere can i get them from please help i just want to add the speed camera database and update my ttg500

The 98 USB drivers are for you if your system is Win98. As you are using XP you do not need to do anything other than connecting your 500 to the PC.

XP knows about USB and, if your machine is set up correctly, will acknowledge that a new device is connected.

The screen of the 500 is normal as you describe.

simply plug the device in, make sure you are not using a USB Hub, plug it directly into your PC.
