Michelin POI to Tom Tom 5

Just converted over from Via Michelin on a ZIre 31 to TomTom on an XDA2 and yards better but...I had bought several of Via Michelins updated POI's (petrol stations, Golf Clubs etc) all with recent updates that are not in the TT POIs. Had a look at POI Edit and Dumpov2/Makeov2 but these cannot decipher the files (*.poi).......Is there a way to convert these files for use? Or are there more uptodate POIs for Tom Tom at a price?? thks andy

hi, i havent seen any way to convert .poi to .ov2 but would be interested if anyone knows of a way?

yes have seen and downloaded a few, but these seem to be quite old (2003....) petrol station pop up and disappear almost as frequently as safety cameras, hence need to be current.
wouldnt it be good if date of last update shows on the main screen

Yeah would be good to know if you can converte the files from via to tomtom, how up to date are the via POI?
