ttg 500 internet cnnection

i have ttg500 and nokia 6230i paired up with bluetooth. phone ok but cannot create internet connection, i am on o2 pay and go 30 day trial, when i try to set it up it says creating gprs connection then says subscribe to gprs first, have spoke to o2 3 times and emailed tom tom for what its worth1!!! i need help guys

Some phone companies and i think O2 are one of them only allow GPRS connections with a contract phone. AFAIK only Orange and Vodaphone allow PAYG to connect to GPRS.

As the above post states you can only use Orange and Vodafone PAYG for connecting to TomTom PLus and Traffic as it needs "Internet via GPRS" and the above are the only 2 that work.
