On 19th October I ordered the TT5 upgrade from the TT web site.
I've been periodically checking the status of my order and it hasn't moved from "Warehouse".
I called them several times today to try and get an update but the message basically says "We're busy. Goodbye" and hangs up.
I've tried contacting them through the support pages but I've just had an e-mail saying during upgrades they are busy and they may take a while to answer my question.
This is the first time I've ordered anything directly from TomTom. Is this normal? How long should I expect to be waiting for delivery?

It used to take about 5 weeks. It's now more like 2 weeks. A colleague got his in 10 days.

That agrees with what TT have just told me.
But 5 weeks??!?!??

not great but you have waited 6 months to order!
so whats another 5 weeks - it willmost likely be quicker than that.

Funny you should say that. I've just had an e-mail to tell me it's been dispatched!

| I ordered mine on the 29th along with a replacement wired GPS receiver. Got an email confirming the order but that's it so far. |
