For those who wanted to know, the Tom Tom Go range is manufactured by:

INVENTEC APPLIANCES CORP. of Taipei, Taiwan.

The TTG code name is "MALAGA 300"

Don't ask me where I got this from but it's a reliable source

The point is that some users of this forum asked some time ago where the TTG was made.

I seem to remember some other Forum members asked "whats the point" then.

Well a fellow forum member asked for that information and for those interested I am providing said information.

It's called helping those who ask for information ...that's all

You will also see on my other posts that I have traced the schematics for the GO 500.... knowing the true manufacturer of a product can be very useful for techies like myself who wish repair this kit.
