Hi.

TT5: XDA2s: 512mb Flash

Does anybody have an issue with TT5 crashing. For some reason my TT5 bombs out, but only in a certain area of town. (Walton on Thames - UK). Even if I run the Demo of this route, then it crashes.

Does anybody else find this?

I am running full POI, but this shouldnt make a difference in DEMO mode. If I drive the route, as soon as I hit the road it crashes.

The route is, if interested: Southdown Road (Walton on Thames, Surrey, UK going to High Street, Walton on Thames, Surrey , UK), it crashes when it hits: The corner of RobinsWay and Hersham Road.

Any one help me! Smile

Max

I will look at this.
My card is 40x , I get all my GPS stuff on expenses and work just bought me my 40x card, so they might not go for an 80x just yet! Smile

I did a TT5 reset and it seems to have cleared a few bugs.
I already wiped the O2 interface, first thing I did! Smile

One thing, I am new to this. I am using Bluetooth, (non-TT), but I cant get an on screen keyboard, I have to use the slide-up PDA one, is there an upadte to TT5?

Smile

Fanks

Max, read the link fully, it will explain all you need with the IIs (as far as I know anyway)

If using TomTom make sure its vs 5,1 otherwise the on-screen keyboard will not work when selecting the postcodes.

Get the upgrade from the tomtom web site and install it.

Cheers - Mike[/b]
