Reinstalling Maps - TTG300

Hi,

I lost my maps whilst installing POI's but am having difficulty reinstalling from backup. My TTG unit still says there are no maps.

There are 3 map files in my backup 1) CurrentMap (DAT file) ii) Great Britain (mms file) iii) Great_Britain-map (cfg file)

Are these 3 files correct or am I something missing?

If there are files missing do I have to but new maps or is there an alternative?

You should have 5:

CurrentMap.dat in the root of the SD card (not sure whether or not this is needed since I suspect it is the last map location that you looked at; so I think it may regenerate itself)

The other 4 are in the Great_Britain-Map folder:

Great_Britain.mid
Great_Britain.mms
Great_Britain.pna
Great_Britain-Map.cfg

You should also have mapinfo.dat in this folder

I suspect also that cline.dat, cnode.dat, and cname.dat are map related since they are the biggest files in the Great_Britain- Map folde.
