My pocket PC HP Iqag 6315 was broken recently. I got a replacement two weeks ago. I tried to apply a new product code for my Tomtom Nav. 2004, faxed all the required documents to the number (978) 287 9522 from the tomtom USA site twice last week. No answer at all.
If anyone from Tomtom, please answer me why?
Why is so hard to get new product code for activation ?
I couldn't communicate w/ any Tomtom customer service.
There is no email or contact phone number.
My email is khapham2002@hotmail.com in case someone from Tomtom answer me.

We will visit their office friday, and I'll ask them.

Have you tried to use your existing product code? You have two initial activations, and then one every half year.

I bought the software on March 2005, and i activated twice already. this is my third replacement PDA.
thank you very much for concerning.
By the way, today I went to Tomtom.com and upgraded to Tomtom 5. the only one I'm not sure is whether they are gonna give me the new Product Code? In that case, I don't need to apply for the new one anymore.
do you know anything about that?

You will get a Product Code with your Updated V5 Maps. But this will only work with the V5 Maps, and that might be upto 5 weeks if they haven't speeded up. Sad

We talked to the president of TomTom USA and he told me the case is resolved. Can you please confirm?
