Leadtek GPS 9531 - SIRF I or SIRF II ????

I would like to buy a Leadtek GPS 9531 wired receiver for my Toshiba PDA e335.


The website (www.handtec.com) that is selling it, says it is “SIRF II low power”.
Leadtek’s website says “Based on SiRFStar II Architecture” but Leadtek's Adobe data sheet says the chip is “Sirfstar I”

Please can someone clarify if the chipset in the product that Handtec are selling is SIRF I or SIRF II chipset so I can make a decision?
