I have TT3 running on an Orange SPV M1000. When I start it up, there is a message at the bottom of the display saying GPS disabled. I have looked through the settings on the device and can't find where it might be disabled.
I have checked Settings, GPS, GPS and made sure the option boxes say TT Navigator and Bluetooth but it still says that GPS is disabled.
Any ideas anyone?
TIA Liz |

Liz, are you using a wired GPS unit, if so go to settings, connections tab, infra-red and de-select the receive all beams check box, this bars softwar from seeing the com1 port, another issue is the external keyboard, if you use one of these go to the software application that came with it and tick the box for serial port/ IRdA - If its a bluetooth GPS then have you paired and connected as serial SSP before running TT up? - Mike |

Many thanks Mike, I cannot believe I was so stupid. I hadn't bonded the receiver with the PPC.
Sorry for the delay in responding, hadn't had time to get back to this problem.
Cheers
