Hi,
I have just entered the web address into my phone, at the top of the screen it came up with Route 66 but no page loaded.
I am just installing opera to see if I can access it then.

maybe abit more detail would help.
Under the signal strenth indicator I get a "G" which after a few seconds is surrounded by a box.
At the bottom it says "0kb contacting server"
does that help anymore?? |

Looks like either your GPS setup is flawed or Your SIM card is not enabled for GPRS traffic. You need to contact your provider to find that out.
After the GPRS is sorted and your web browser is working you should also see that TMC thingie working. _________________ Lutz

Received settings from O2 customer service repeatedly and called many times still no further joy.
any other ideas anybody or anyone experiencing the same problem.
Thanks

Hi! , had exactly the same problem when using vodafone Wap connection. After a lot of ringing around - you need a GPRS Data Connection and not a wap one. Looking at the Access point setup that I got from Nokia, it is similar, but not the same as the wap one - Contact O2, to see if they have a similar setup they can send you - the vodafone one is called GPRS ISP as opposed to GPRS. It then worked fine. |
