Lecdtek Bluetooth GPS 9537

I have a Leadtek wireless GPS LR9537 that was paired to my HP IPAQ RX3715 ( using Tomtom 5.1 ) and worked. I let the GPS go flat and now I can not get the GPS to talk to the IPAQ. Ihave reset the IPAQ and reinstalled all of the software and all the settings are correct as before but no luck can I reset the LEADTEK unit ? If so HOW ? If not what other steps can I take to fix this ?
