TomTom Navigator 5 Pocket PC - POI Safety Cameras

I am looking for some assistance on an issue that is driving me to insanity.

I have the UK Safety Cameras POI on my Pocket PC and have configured them so that I get an audible warning when approaching them.

It works fine, but as soon as I turn off my Pocket PC, the audible warnings are removed. For some reason, these settings are not being saved.

Anyone have any ideas why?

just a question have you got them on your sd card inside great britian map ??

It could be the cfg file in the map folder.

Thanks for the replies. Although they never solved my problem, the tips given were handy and will come in useful.

I realised what the problem was! The write protect tab on my SD card was on. It's taken me 4 days to realise this.

At least it's solved.
