Very new to all this so still figuring out my tomtom go 300. I was wondering if there is anyway names can be attached to the rivers/waterways that I drive

I very much doubt it with the Go. if you've got a laptop or PDA Memory Map
haave a look at

should be ideal for inland waterway use.
