SPECS in Cornwall?

I was travelling along the A30 over Goss Moor in Cornwall, between Victoria and Indian Queens, and there were what looked like two sets of SPECS cameras, one about 500 yds west of the B3274 and another about 3/4 of a mile further West. They were on posts by the side of the road rather than on gantries.
The second one is exacty where GATSO:1973 is marked (which I didn't see).

Anyone seen these and can confirm, before I send off anything wrong to the camera database?
