Speedcamera Database

Help!!
Just brought a Garmin Quest for the bike and car and I want to update the map(s) with the Speedcamera database. I've downloaded the files from the downlaod page and unstuffed them. Thats as far as I've got, I don't usually use a PC so I'm not sure as to which files I'm supposed to use and where/how do I put them onto the Quest?
